The Request Fulfillment Manager must monitor the Access Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as committed in
the contract.
Examples of Key Performance Indicators for Access Management include:
-
Number of requests for access (Service Request, RFC, etc.)
-
Number of accesses granted /rejected
-
Number of incidents requiring a reset of access rights
-
Number of incidents caused by incorrect access settings
-
Backlog/ pending access requests.
The Request Fulfillment Manager should review and analyze the KPIs. In case of misses, perform root cause analysis and
identify corrective actions for the same.
The Access Management Report should be communicated to the Engagement Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
